Medical Case Management
Services are provided by registered professional nurses who specialize in the coordination of the medical and rehabilitation treatment for individuals who have experienced catastrophic injuries or are delayed in returning to work.
Task Assignments
One time visits to address specific issues.
Telephonic Case Management
Medical case management provided telephonic, rather than on-site coordination. Abbreviated reports are also provided.
In House Case Management
Internal Nurse Case Manager is provided on location to ensure medical care timeliness.
Catastrophic Injury Management
An injury which has sudden long term life altering results and which requires more involved medical case management. Including but not limited to: amputations, spinal cord injury, major burns, brain injury, multiple injuries resulting in trauma, and toxic exposure.
Medical Records Review
Review of medical records provided to summarize diagnosis treatment plan and provide recommendations for ongoing care coordination.
Future Medical Cost Projections
Assessment to determine future appropriate medical care costs.
IME Coordination and Follow Up
To assist with service of IME physician coordination of appointment and follow up with recommendation with IME provider.
Life Care Planning
Plan which identifies future medical needs for individuals sustaining catastrophic or complicated injuries/illness.
Hospital and Medical Bill Audits
Registered nurses perform audits of medical bills. A report is submitted with the findings summarized. England’s fee is 25% of the savings.
